About the author
Marion T Place (1910– 2006) was born in Indiana. She wrote some 40 books, which included fact and fiction on the American West, and latterly, thrillers. Under the name Dale White, she wrote westerns. Her children’s book, Mystery of Wild Horse Trap, is about racehorses.
