About the author
Jennifer Austin has written the Cassandra mystery series, in which 18-year-old Cassie whirls from place to place, solving mysteries. Number two in the series, Race Against Time, (1990) sees Cassie investigating shenanigans at the Kentucky Derby. These books are the only ones I’ve found written by this author, which suggests that the name is perhaps a pseudonym. If you are able to confirm this one way or the other, please let me know.
