Pussy and Peter make friends with an enchanting rocking-horse called Silvyn. He takes them to a magic circus, for Silvyn is really a circus-horse, who has been transformed into a toy by a wizard. How can Pussy and Peter restore Silvyn to his true form? When they finally leave Silvyn, they think their fun with horses has ended, but their Aunt Lizzie has a surprise in store for them.
