Set against the background of show jumper Marion Coakes and her horses, this is the story of Sue-Elaine, and the difficult palomino, Sea-Blond. Sue-Elaine is an art student, and when she first claps eyes on Sea-Blond, she wants to draw him. The horse comes to Marion’s stables for a short stay. Mark helps Elaine find the horse again, and he’s helped out of his depression by the pair.
