About the author
Michael Slade is a playwright, and a writer for television. He has written musicals, and also wrote the book accompanying Pokémon Live!, which my son would have thanked him for had he known about it. He was Pokémon obsessed. Michael Slade has won awards for his children’s literature, with his horse book, The Horses of Central Park, winning the 1993 ISAR award.
