Singer, Marilyn

About the author

Marilyn Singer (b.1948) is a prolific American author, with over 90 books to her name, ranging from young readers to adult reads. She’s written many stories featuring dogs, and just one, as far as I’m aware, on horses. This is Horsemaster, (1985), a fantasy.

Marilyn Singer was born in New York, and was educated at Queen’s College, New York, and Reading University in the UK. She wrote her first story while sitting in the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. She lived in Brooklyn, and her interests include ballroom dancing and Star Trek.
