First Ride
Avon Books, New York, 1982, 125 pp.
Fourteen-year-old Cadmy decides she’s going to be a bull rider: this is mainly so she can revenge herself on another bull rider, who injured Cadmy’s horse Judd. Terry, the bull rider in question, doesn’t think that girls should compete in any rodeo events other than barrel racing.
