About the author

Heather Henson was born in Kentucky, and was educated at the Eugene Lang College of the New School for Social Research. She dreamed of being an actress, but instead worked as a children’s book editor for HarperCollins. The lure of writing her own books proved strong, and she returned to Kentucky to concentrate on writing.
