About the author
Ruth Forbes Chandler (1894–1978) is an author about whom, alas I’ve been able to find no biographical information. She appears to have written several children’s books, of which Three Trumpets is a horse story. It’s illustrated by the fine English artist, Charles Keeping.
Finding the book
Not many copies about, but they’re not particularly expensive.
