Inkiow, Dimiter

About the author

Dimiter Inkiow (1932–2006) was born in Bulgaria, but had to leave the country in 1965 after disagreeing with the then government. He took refuge in Germany, where he wrote over 100 children’s books. He wrote one book with some horse content. Me and Clara and Baldwin the Pony (originally published as Ich und Klara und das Pony Balduin) was part of his Me and Clara series.

Me and Clara and Baldwin the Pony

Part of the Me and Clara series, this book contains 12 stories, one of which tells how Clara and her brother try to ride Baldwin, a pony who likes to eat straw hats.
