KilBride, Sarah

About the author

Sarah KilBride is a primary school teacher, so has plenty of opportunities to observe just what small children like. As well as writing plays for children, she’s written the Princess Evie’s Ponies series. Princess Evie and her kitten Sparkles ride off on a different magical pony in each book. Sarah moved to London when she was eighteen and trained to be an actress: she appeared in several television programmes, films and theatre, and then starting developing theatre workshops for children. She enjoyed it so much she trained to be a teacher.
