

Marion Doren
Marion Doren, who also writes under the name Marion Walker Doren, has written one horse book. Her Borrowed Summer won a Christopher Award in 1987: these are given for books which “affirm the highest values of the human spirit.” The same book was also a nominee for a Mark Twain Award.
Finding the books : it is easy to find in the USA, but was not published in the UK.
